Tecnocable considers the model of Organization and Business Management prescribed by UNI EN ISO 9001 is the appropriate strategic tool to govern and ensure the right growth and the right Business development.
- The aims or objectives of the quality management system shall be to:
- Creating Value by preventing and mitigating potential risks and determining effective rules for process management
- Ensuring Product and Service Compliance by implementing a shared and effective Rules System (Procedures)
- Ensure the satisfaction of the main relevant stakeholders (Customers, Employees, Management)
In order to achieve the above objectives, the Management undertakes to:
- Provide the necessary resources so that all personnel can operate in absolute compliance with the rules and requirements defined in the Quality Management System
- Appoint an internal resource as Quality Management System Manager to be the promoter and coordinator of the implementation and maintenance of the system
- Measure the adequacy, compliance and effectiveness of the Quality Management System by means of internal audits
- Use a consulting firm to ensure continuous training and updating of the Quality Management System Manager to ensure independence of judgment in internal audits
- Define measurable product goals for monitoring the progress of Product Non-Quality
- Set measurable process objectives for monitoring the effectiveness of process management
- Set measurable goals related to Customer, Employee, Staff and Management satisfaction
- Set strategic objectives to ensure governance and corporate performance is monitored by management
- Implement improvement plans to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities identified in context assessment and stakeholder analysis
- Enforce the requirements of applicable laws, regulations, and the Client
